Outstanding Property Award London賽制介紹

The Outstanding Property Award London™ was created to recognise the efforts of talented international Property developers, Architects and Interior Designers who aim to improve our daily lives with their practical, well-thought-out properties and projects. We reward strategic thinking, and imagination which goes into making a great property. The jury will give projects honoring sustainability or offering innovative solutions to the protection of the environment special consideration.

Outstanding Property Award London參賽作品介紹

參賽作品為秀空間坐落於善化總部之辦公室，黑白相間的碎石與茂盛的植物營造出樸素的日式庭園景觀，環繞著明亮精緻的建築。踏入室內，光滑的黑灰紋大理石地板瞬間吸引住視線。並輔以白色調、圓弧造型天花板、線型條燈裝飾，呈現乾淨、簡潔、舒適的氛圍。

設計師採用低甲醛環保建築材料建造室內設計辦公室。在斜面造型的柱子上安裝線條燈，巧妙地區分兩個接待區域，以保護客戶的諮詢隱私。選擇強化木地板，在入口左側設置兒童休閒區，讓賓客前來諮詢也能讓孩子在此放鬆無拘束。親切的設計理念，體現重視親密家庭情感的品牌形象。
